Corten fantail garden stake LARGE

Lisa's fantail on koruy large garden stake measures a striking 115cm tall by approximately 15cm wide (at widest point). 

Cut from 3mm NZ corten steel.  Designed to be pushed into the ground, Lisa's NZ Native bird stake will rust and create its own unique patina - it gets better with age.

Please note. When you receive your bird, it may be a grey colour as the corten has not had a chance to age. Put them outdoors and in a couple of weeks they will start to rust and develop a gorgeous unique patina. The rust is growing on the outside of the garden art and forms a protective layer around the steel.

Corten steel is 100% recyclable.

FANTAIL or piwakawaka in Māori is known for its friendly ‘cheet cheet’ call and energetic flying antics. The aptly named fantail is one of the most common and widely distributed native birds on the New Zealand mainland.

All have pointed spokes on the bottom to push into the ground or a pot plant.
