A popular trio of Lisa's bestselling steel garden bird stakes:  fantail, tui and kiwi, are each cut from 3mm NZ corten steel.

Designed to be pushed into the ground, the metal birds will rust and create their own unique patina. Each bird measures around 70cm tall.

Lisa's corten birds are a fantastic piece to set off the greenery in your garden or makes a great gift for a gardener.

Please note. When you receive the birds, they may be in raw corten steel and a grey colour. Put them outdoors and in a couple of weeks they will start to rust and develop a gorgeous unique patina. The rust is growing on the outside of the garden art and forms a protective layer around the steel.

Corten steel is 100% recyclable.

FANTAIL or piwakawaka in Maori is known for its friendly ‘cheet cheet’ call and energetic flying antics. The aptly named fantail is one of the most common and widely distributed native birds on the New Zealand mainland.

KIWI is the national icon and unofficial emblem of NZ.

TUI are unique to New Zealand. They are energetic, medium-sized, common and widespread. Tui have distinctive white throat tufts (poi) and are very vocal.
