Lisa accepts Credit Cards, PayPal, Laybuy, Afterpay and payments made by bank transfer/deposit (NZD and Australia).
For wholesale orders, only bank transfer/deposit are accepted.
Lisa is confident you will be happy with your art. She prides herself on the quality of her work and has over 12 years worth of super happy clients.
She is happy to meet her obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act if her art has been wrongly described, is faulty or is unusable for the purpose described. Lisa will refund or exchange your unused item within 7 days of receipt if returned undamaged to her in Auckland, New Zealand.
Your satisfaction in the quality of the item is paramount, however, most pieces are cut to order (just for you!), we do not have to provide a refund if you have simply changed your mind.
You must return the item and original packaging and invoice to LisaSarah within 7 days of Lisa agreeing to refund the item. The details of the return shipping address is included on the invoice. You must return the item using the same postage and packaging method as the item was shipped to you, unless agreed otherwise with LisaSarah.
A refund will not be offered unless all the above provisions are satisfied.
If you have received something from Lisa and it is damaged please email her firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Please keep all packaging and email photos of the damage. If the item is deemed to have been damaged in transit, the courier will collect the item and packaging from you. Lisa will replace the item as soon as possible.
If for some reason your order has not arrived, please contact us for a trace. If you have not contacted us within 2 months of your order date, we can not offer any compensation or replacement art
If you have a cool shop and would like to stock Lisa's artwork, please contact Lisa for a copy of her latest catalogue and pricelist. Lisa does not dropship.
In New Zealand, many of Lisa's most recent pieces are only sold through stockists.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
LisaSarah will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from this product, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential.
