New Zealand orders are sent via tracked courier and usually take 1-3 working days You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been sent. Signature is required on delivery. Please check your junk mail folder if you have not received this.
FREE NZ Post Air Mail delivery to Australia on most orders. Some larger/heavier items may incur a shipping fee.
This is not a tracked service and takes 4-10 working days. It is traceable if lost. You will be advised when your item is shipped. If you have not received it within ten working days, please contact Lisa to arrange a trace.
Postage can be upgraded to courier for $15 by purchasing the courier option. This is a tracked service taking 3-6 working days. Signature is required on delivery and must be to a physical address and not a PO Box.

Lisa ships internationally. Postage and packaging is dependent on size, weight and destination. Specific shipping charges for each product are calculated at checkout.
Items will not be shipped until payment is received. Your order will be confirmed by email and you will be emailed once it has been shipped.
For wholesale customers, shipping is actual cost only and calculated based on the size and weight of your order. Typical turnaround time for orders is 2-5 working days however Lisa will try to dispatch your order as soon as possible. This could be up to 20 working days during busy periods such as after a Gift Fair.
Artwork is delivered using Courierpost. Signature is required on delivery.

CUSTOMS REQUIREMENTSNew Zealand law requires us to attach custom documentation to all international packages including a description of the goods and stating the cost. As we have no control over any taxes, customs or import charges levied once the package reaches your country, these additional charges must be borne by you. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Generally, packages valued under $1000 do not incur any charges.
