We offer FREE delivery on most orders over $400. Some larger/heavier items may incur an additional fee. Shipping for orders under $400 is a standard $8.50 (including rural addresses).
* Inground custom number garden stakes are oversized delivery: $35 for North Island, $55 for South Island.
Orders are sent via NZ Post Courier. You will receive an email with tracking details once dispatched. Signature is required on delivery. Please check your junk mail folder if you have not received this.

If your item is damaged, keep all packaging and contact Lisa within 24 hours of receipt.
We are subject to NZ Post's application of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Claims for loss or damage must be made within 10 days of posting. If you have not contacted us within 20 days of your order date, we cannot offer compensation or replacement.

Postage can be upgraded to courier for an additional $20 (tracked service, 3-10 working days). Signature required, must be a physical address, not a PO Box.
International shipping via NZ Post. Charges depend on size, weight, and destination, calculated at checkout. If the actual shipping is less than charged, Lisa refunds the difference; if more, she absorbs the difference.
