Local collection from Mairangi Bay, Auckland is available. Orders are typically ready within 24 hours, often sooner.

Custom orders follow a two-stage process, allowing you to review & refine your design before it's made:
Once your order is placed, draft designs will be sent to you within 5 working days.
Once your design is approved, production begins. Current lead times are 15-20 working days from design approval. Many orders are completed sooner, however this timeframe allows for careful making and finishing.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order is complete.
We offer FREE delivery on most orders over $250. Some larger/heavier items may incur an additional fee. Shipping for orders under $250 is a standard $8.50 (including rural addresses).
Orders are sent via NZ Post Courier. You will receive an email with tracking details once dispatched. Signature is required on delivery. Please check your junk mail folder if you have not received this.
If you have not received your item within five business days, please contact Lisa to arrange a trace.
If your item is damaged, keep all packaging and contact Lisa within 24 hours of receipt.
We are subject to NZ Post's application of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Claims for loss or damage must be made within 10 days of posting. If you have not contacted us within 20 days of your order date, we cannot offer compensation or replacement.
Shipping charges to Australia are based on total order weight & dimensions

We use a NZ Post Economy Tracked service that takes 5-10 business days. Tracking details are emailed when shipped.
If not received within 10 working days, contact Lisa to arrange a trace. If you have not contacted us within 1 month of your order, we cannot offer compensation or replacement art.
Postage can be upgraded to courier for an additional $20 (tracked service, 3-10 working days). Signature required, must be a physical address, not a PO Box.
International shipping via NZ Post. Charges depend on size, weight, and destination, calculated at checkout. If the actual shipping is less than charged, Lisa refunds the difference; if more, she absorbs the difference.

New Zealand law requires customs documentation on all international packages including description of goods and cost. Any taxes, customs, or import charges are borne by the customer. Packages under $1000 generally do not incur charges.
