Lisa chooses the optimal metal for each piece. Corten steel is used where a natural rust patina and full weather exposure suit the design. Powder-coated steel or aluminium is used for coloured finishes in black, white and more. Marine-grade stainless steel and aluminium are used for coastal and high-salt sites.

Is outdoor wall art suitable for coastal areas?

Yes. For coastal and high-salt sites, aluminium and marine-grade stainless steel resist corrosion best. Corten steel also performs well outdoors, as its patina protects the metal beneath.
