A piece of home, made to travel.  Original New Zealand art to post overseas, or to pack in your suitcase and take with you.

These are the pieces that travel best.  Light enough that postage doesn't cost more than the gift, and with nothing that can crack or leak on the way.  Each one is designed by Lisa and laser cut in small batches, then hand finished.  Not a souvenir shop keyring, and not something a hundred other people already own.

Designs with a real New Zealand flavour, and ones that mean something to anyone who calls this place home: tui, fantail, kererū and huia, koru, silver fern, pōhutukawa, kōwhai, mānuka and kākābeak.

Why these travel well

  • Light for their size, so postage stays sensible even to the other side of the world.
  • Slim enough to sit in a suitcase without taking your baggage allowance.
  • Steel and aluminium don't crack, chip or leak, so they handle rough handling.
  • No food or plant material, so there's nothing to declare at a border.

Sending overseas, answered

Where do you ship to?

We post worldwide. Shipping is calculated by piece and destination and shows in the checkout before you pay, and most pieces reach Australia for around $18.

Can you post it straight to the person I'm giving it to?

Put their address in as the delivery address and we'll send it directly. We never include pricing or an invoice in any parcel, so they'll never see what you paid.

How much is shipping?

It depends on the piece and where it's going, and you'll see the exact cost at checkout. Because these designs are light for their size, they cost far less to send than most gifts of the same value.

Will the recipient have to pay customs or duty?

That comes down to the destination country and the value of the parcel, and it's outside our control. If you'd like to know what to expect before you order, send us a message with the country and we'll tell you what we know.

Will it survive the trip?

These are aluminium, corten or stainless steel. There's no glass and nothing to break, and everything is well protected for the journey. If a piece did arrive damaged, tell us and we'll sort it out.

Can I take one overseas in my luggage?

People do it often, and it's one of the reasons these designs exist. The wall hangings coil their rope and sit slim in a case, and the wall hooks and smaller pieces take up almost no room at all.

How long does delivery take?

Everything here is ready made, so it leaves us within 48 hours on business days. International transit times vary by destination and time of year, so allow extra around Christmas.

What makes these different from a souvenir?

Every design here is Lisa's own, drawn and cut in Auckland rather than imported and rebranded. They're made in small batches, hand finished, and meant to go on a wall and stay there. Lisa has been designing them since 2007, and her work has featured in Home Beautiful, Trends and Your Home and Garden.
