We send you a design proof. It's based on current popular styles, so let us know in the checkout comments if you have a particular look in mind.
Approve or request changes. Adjust layout, font or spacing at no cost.
We make and ship. Only once you've signed off.

Will I see what my sign looks like before you make it?

Every custom order includes a design proof, emailed to you for approval, with no separate design fee for standard work. Nothing goes into production until you're happy with it.

How long does it take?

Currently 20 business days from design approval, plus shipping. The proofing stage is usually just a few working days. We can't accommodate urgent orders at the moment.

What's the difference between a house number and an address sign?

A house number is just the number. Individual digits, or numbers set in a circle, square or written as words. An address sign puts your number together with your street name, family name or property name on one plaque.

Can I request changes to the design?

Adjustments to layout, font, spacing or sizing are included at no extra charge. More detailed custom artwork or logos may incur a small design fee, always quoted upfront.

What steel options do you offer?

Black, white and gold powdercoated aluminium, corten (weathering steel), and marine-grade 316 brushed stainless steel. Powder-coated finishes currently take a little longer to produce than corten and brushed stainless. Learn more about choosing the right steel.

Do I need to choose a font?

No, and most people don't. We email through our current popular font and design options once you've placed your order. If you'd prefer something specific, send us a font from dafont.com or a photo of a style you like.

How do I install my house numbers or sign?
