Once your order is placed Lisa will email you a mock up of some designs to choose from. Design will be based on the specifics of your street number and name. Comes with holes, for hanging. Screws not included.

NOTE. Due to current demand, matte black and matte white custom orders including house numbers and address panels are now closed for 2019 pre Christmas delivery. 

Orders placed after November 11 will be delivered in February 2020. Lisa's coater closes for new work for six weeks.  This is outside of her control.
